Anniversary Dinner at The Gaslight

Erich and I celebrated our 1st anniversary at a French brasserie in Boston called Gaslight Brasserie. The food was incredible, the wait staff were wonderful and our night was perfect. We can not wait to go back!


We share the Fondue Piemontaise for an appetizer. It was a creamy, cheesey fondue with bits of spicy sausage throughout.


Erich had the Duck Confit for his entree. The duck was delectable! It was juicy, sweet, slightly salty and all around delicious.

I enjoyed the Steak Frites with bernaise sauce. I can't even begin to explain how good it was. The fries were crispy and salty (although sadly, they reminded me of BK fries). The meat was cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice pepper crust.
